We’re starting Saturday off slow. (Who are we kidding, the whole weekend is slow!)

Sleep in and have a leisurely breakfast at home. If you’ve got some of these handy brunch ingredients, you’ll be enjoying a spinach omelet and sparkling wine chaser in no time. 

Follow your lazy Saturday start with a massage at a local spa to kick off the day with relaxation and self-care (or stay cozy and do your own at-home massage). 

A massage is the perfect way to release tension, relieve stress, and pamper yourself, and it’s the first on our list of self-care challenges to unlock.

Saturday Afternoon

Did the clock just strike sometime in the afternoon? Then it’s time to reward yourself for making it halfway through Saturday by buying yourself a completely unnecessary gift, whether it's a luxury item, a gadget you've been eyeing, or something else that brings you joy.

You’re off on your own, freed from your schedule and your obligations, so sit back and savor the flavors, enjoy the scenery, and let the lazy hours of a Sunday afternoon float alongside you. 

Maybe there’s an activity you’ve always wanted to try, a wine tasting, a visit to a local museum, or other tour. This is the moment for giving into your whims and wishes!

Sunday Evening

Head back home from your spontaneous day trip for a cozy night in, perhaps with a movie or a book, or by taking part in some last self-care activities like a bubble bath or a face mask.
