Placed two orders within minutes of each other. One order arrived, while, MONTHS later, the second order is still showing a status of āorder placedā. There has been zero movement or progress- Antsy Labs simply took my money and refuses to answer their listed phone number, wonāt respond to emailsā¦ Iāve literally done everything I can and NO RESPONSE. BUYER BEWARE- if you shop at this store, you may get your orderā¦ Or they may just take your money, pocket it, and refuse to acknowledge all attempts on your part to get the items you paid for (or a refund). As a small business owner myself, I canāt fathom just taking a customerās money and then providing nothing in return- and ducking all their calls & emails to boot. RUN the other way and shop elsewhere!
